Before You Book
We encourage any guest with accessibility requirements to contact us before making a reservation. Our team will happily answer any questions, provide additional photographs or measurements where possible, and help recommend the apartment best suited to your individual needs.
Property Accessibility
Foxlow Grange is a beautifully restored historic manor house. As a result, none of our apartments are step-free, and access to all apartments requires the use of steps.
Some apartments are located on the ground floor but still require steps to access the building. Due to the age and character of the property, we do not have lift access.
We understand that every guest's needs are different, so we encourage you to discuss your requirements with us before booking.

Each apartment listing on our website contains detailed descriptions and photographs to help guests understand the layout before they arrive.
Important accessibility information is highlighted in bold text within each apartment description and throughout our guest communications to ensure guests can make an informed booking decision.

Parking
We provide free on-site parking for our guests. Parking is located within the grounds of Foxlow Grange and is a short walk from each apartment.
Assistance Dogs
Registered assistance dogs are always welcome.
We also offer a number of dog-friendly apartments for guests travelling with their pets.
